| Level | Time / Score | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Beginner | 4–6 rounds | Scale to step-ups, knee push-ups |
| Intermediate | 6–8 rounds | Rx, consistent pace |
| Advanced | 8–10 rounds | Fast transitions, unbroken sets |
| Elite | 10+ rounds | Sub 2 min per round |
Scaling Options
Step-ups instead of box jumps. Knee push-ups. Ring rows for pull-ups. Scale to complete consistent rounds throughout the 20 minutes without stopping.
Strategy Tips
Box jumps are the most explosive movement — do them fresh and step down rather than jumping down to save your legs. Push-ups: sets of 10 is sustainable for most athletes. Pull-ups: sets of 5 with short rests. Find your round pace in the first 5 minutes and hold it.
