Open 25.3
Open 25.3 alternates shoulder-intensive wall walks with a long machine and barbell progression. The loading decreases as the barbell movement becomes more technical.

The workout
- For time, 20-minute cap:
- 5 wall walks, 50-calorie row
- 5 wall walks, 25 deadlifts
- 5 wall walks, 25 cleans
- 5 wall walks, 25 snatches
- 5 wall walks, 50-calorie row
- Women: 155/85/65 lb; Men: 225/135/95 lb
Pacing strategy
Row below your sprint pace and protect the shoulders on every wall walk. Use deliberate barbell sets, especially on deadlifts, so the cleans and snatches stay technically sound.
Training version
Scale wall walks to partial wall walks or an elevated inchworm. Lower the barbell loads to weights you can move with stable positions even after rowing. Reduce calories if the first row consumes too much of the time cap.
